Evangel Assembly’s Missions Week Day Two Ends in Success.

Monday, October 4, 2010, day two of Evangel Assembly’s Missions Week was the day designated for the 100 Mile Bike-A-Thon and for the 10 Mile-Walk-A-Thon. The day started with rain and cold temperatures around 50 degrees but it ended with a sense of great satisfaction as biker, walkers and runners crossed the finish line at 5900 Old Branch Avenue, Temple Hills, Maryland successfully in support of missions work worldwide. Praise the Lord!

Congratulation goes to Missions Pastor Eric Dorsey for completing the total 100 Mile Bike-A-Thon and thanks to all of the walkers and runners for completing their 10 Mile Walk-A-Thon commitment. The grand finale of day two ended with a celebratory cookout with Grill Master Mr. Kevin Dorsey and friends and with gospel reggae music played by Vizion of Clarkston, Georgia.

Just as a reminder, you can still celebrate the success of all of those that participated in the Bike-A-Thon and Walk-A-Thon by giving online at www.eagcs.org or you can also show your support by submitting your gift to the Evangel Assembly Business office during regular business hours.
