Come and Enjoy Great Fun, Food, Fellowship and Entertainment At The Towns of Kettering Community Day Celebration on Saturday, August 10, 2013 - 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m

(Kettering, MD – July 13, 2013)  Embracing a New Direction” is the theme for the 2013 Towns of Kettering Community Day celebration to be held on Saturday, August 10, 2013 from 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. on Joyceton Way in Kettering, Maryland 20774. 

Beginning at 8:00 a.m. through noon there will be the first annual Towns of Kettering Community Yard sale, health screenings, Kids Prints and more. At noon join us as we kick-off the festivities with a spontaneous, fun community flash mob dance. Then enjoy our bar-b-que treats, and great music throughout the afternoon.

For the children there will be face painting, moon bounces, jump rope fun, hop scotch, pony rides, popcorn, cotton candy, snow cones and more. For the adults there will also be local public officials, health screenings, chess, checkers, card games and more.

Ramalingam Productions Presents "Candy Cane Lane" This Saturday at Harmony Hall.

Join Ramalingam Productions this Saturday, December 22, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. as they present Candy Cane Lane at Harmony Hall in Fort Washington, Maryland 20744. 

For years this delightful Christmas Production has warmed the hearts of audiences from around the world. It explores the actual J-shaped symbol of the candy cane and unveils its deeper holiday meaning.  The cast of Ramalingam Productions adds an inner city/urban flavor to the Candy Cane Lane script and with  playful enthusiasm explores the meaning of Christmas.

Anita Ramalingan of Fort Washington, Maryland, a graduate of Duke Ellington School of the Arts and the University of Maryland is an educator in the Washington Metropolitan area and has been delighting audiences through her creative dance and theatrical productions for many years.  Candy Cane Lane is just another powerful holiday production that she has produced.

Invite family and friends and join this cast of local talent as they set out to delight holiday audiences with Candy Cane Lane.
